The Opportunity

Planview is looking for Technical Support Engineers for our product lines namely Enterprise One/Portfolios.

Willing to work in India Night Shifts i.e CST and PST Timings (North America)


What You'll Do
  • Document issues, action plans, and solutions in detail.
  • Coordinate and assist with internal resources and other teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues until resolution and properly manage customer expectations.
  • Assist with internal projects related to customer service.
  • Directly assigned tickets for customers.
  • Responsible for submitting content in the Planview Knowledge Base.

What You'll Bring
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to communicate functional and technical information to any experience level Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting enterprise-wide or web-based, browser applications.
  • Minimum 4 years experience using Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Understanding of Microsoft IIS services and configuration options.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server transactional SQL including complex queries and objects.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Be able to balance and prioritization multiple issues.
  • Understanding of project management practices and methodologies preferred.
  • Troubleshooting Performance issues like Slowness.
