Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sitecore Lead Developer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore-based solutions. This leadership role involves guiding a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient digital experiences using the Sitecore platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sitecore developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Solution Design & Development:
  • Architect and develop Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC), and Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Customize Sitecore components, templates, and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and e-commerce tools.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Sitecore applications to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and other performance-enhancing techniques.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and user-friendly solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive experience with Sitecore XP, SXA, JSS, and Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC architecture, and web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
