As the Head of IAM, spearhead the organization's entire Identity and Access Management strategy and execution, ensuring the security, scalability, and integrity of all IAM systems across diverse platforms. Lead cutting-edge IAM technical implementations, integrating advanced security protocols that protect the organization’s digital assets while enabling seamless user access. Simultaneously, as Delivery Head for Payments and Integrations, command the successful execution of high-impact, mission-critical projects, driving innovation and alignment with business objectives. Ensure excellence in project delivery by optimizing resource utilization, streamlining cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining strict adherence to timelines, all while safeguarding compliance and operational resilience.

Key Result Areas: --

IAM Integration Architecture Design : Develop and refine the IAM integration architecture to ensure seamless integration of new and existing applications, adhering to best practices and security standards.

End-to-End IAM Implementation Management : Oversee the complete lifecycle of IAM technical implementations, from initial planning through deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Decision-Making for IAM Projects : Serve as the primary decision-maker for all IAM integration projects, resolving issues, making critical decisions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Collaboration with ISG : Partner with ISG to define and implement policies and procedures related to access management, including access reviews, role management, and compliance controls.

Strengthening JML Process : Work closely with HR to enhance the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, ensuring efficient and secure handling of user lifecycle events and minimizing risks.

Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure IAM solutions meet organizational needs.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Define proper monitoring strategy

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance system effectiveness and efficiency.

Training and Support : Ensure that relevant teams and end-users are properly trained on IAM systems and procedures, providing ongoing support and guidance to address any issues or challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with all relevant stakeholders to thoroughly understand project scoping requirements and objectives.

Integration Specifications: Collaborate with Integration team to Finalize integration specifications, including middleware and API connections, based on detailed scoping discussions.

Design Preparation: Collaborate in the creation of high-level and low-level design documents to ensure alignment with integration needs.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for seamless integration.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to support the integration project, ensuring availability and capability.

Project Management: Oversee project execution, tracking progress against the plan, and addressing any deviations or issues promptly.

End-to-End Integration: Ensure seamless integration from initial design through to final delivery, coordinating across all phases of the project.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the integration process, ensuring that deliverables meet the required specifications.

Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:-

  1. IAM and Payment Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IAM principles, technologies, payment processing systems, integration techniques, and relevant regulations
  2. Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), tools, and techniques for planning, execution, tracking, and risk management.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IAM and payment systems, including compliance and security practices.
  4. Technology Stack: Familiarity with IAM platforms, middleware solutions, APIs, and integration tools relevant to both IAM and payment systems.
  5. Risk and Security Management: Understanding of risk management practices and data security protocols to ensure secure identity management and payment transactions.
  6. System Architecture and Integration: Knowledge of system architecture, integration patterns, and troubleshooting for both IAM systems and payment integrations.
  7. Change and Vendor Management: Experience in managing change processes and relationships with vendors and integration partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues in IAM and payment system integrations.
  9. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  10. Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams, manage resources, and drive project success.
  11. Technical Expertise: Technical skills to understand, implement, and troubleshoot SailPoint Tech
  12. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with various functions and stakeholders to deliver complex projects and integrate systems effectively.
  13. Continuous Improvement: Ability to identify and implement improvements to processes, technologies, and project practices based on feedback and evolving requirements.
  14. Resource Management: Experience in optimizing resource allocation and managing constraints within defined budgets.
  15. 15+ Years experience and hands-on Delivering Payments and Digital strategic initiatives
  16. Hands on experience in IAM Integration and Implementation.
  17. Experience integrating IAM systems with HR, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise apps through different integration approaches like API, Microservice, Hybrid connector, OOTB, CDP etc
