Job Description

Responsibilities

“Own” the project on a day-to-day basis Planning of all phases of the project Monitoring and controlling what is done during the project, on time, budget, target. Make sure performed work is in accordance with the Statement of Work Report to the steering committee Validate Statement of Work updates Responsible for the change request process, managing all changes to the original contract, including changes in: Scope Deliverables Acceptance criteria Included software/hardware. Schedule All change requests must be decided upon by the steering committee. Has the responsibility for the outcome of the project? Make decisions required to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Support and guide subproject managers and process owners Risk management Ensure that changes to the solution are managed by the exception management routine. Take the overall responsibility that a consistent solution is developed. Responsible for project set-up and project handbook

Job Tasks:

You will manage the entire project process for the implementation of our Infor M3 template, from planning and conception to the test and go-live phase. You will routinely accompany the analysis and optimization of business processes in cooperation with the respective specialist departments. Together with a team of external and internal experts, you will be responsible for requirements management from requirements assessment, design and implementation to testing and solution acceptance. You will also ensure the implementation of interfaces. You will communicate regularly at all levels, both locally and internationally You are responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of your project.
