This is where design, tech, and storytelling collide.Jr Social Media Manager positionPay Ranges from : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/monthProbation: 3 months ( performance-led confirmation )Experience: 1–2 years at least ( no freshers )Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr Brand Creative Manager based in New Delhi. The Jr Brand Creative Manager will be responsible for supporting creative direction and strategy to align with the company’s branding goals. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to brand storytelling, overseeing design projects, assisting in project management tasks, collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing campaigns, and ensuring all deliverables align with the overall brand identity and strategy. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.What's common for all of us :Perspective on:Consumer electronics + fashion/lifestyle cultureServing for excellencePresentation & design language ( Figma )Brand building through visuals + storytellingAI image & video generation3D visuals (understanding, not mastery, is enough)Skills we exploring for the brandStrong skills in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding to develop impactful and innovative brand narrativesProficiency in Graphic Design and ability to collaborate with designers to create engaging visual contentExperience with Project Management to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables effectivelyExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferredPassion for brand creativity, design innovation, and the consumer electronics industryNote : You don’t need to know both.
