Job title : Lead – Process Policy Location : MumbaiBU/Function : Liabilities - Consumer BankReports to : Head - Retail Liabilities & Payment ProductsJob Responsibilities : As a Process and Policy Manager, the candidate would be responsible for ensuring Compliance of various liabilities & payment products as per regulators like RBI / Internal Audit Teams/ NPCI. Candidate would work on process & policy framework for products including (but not limited to) Savings Account, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards& Payment Products. As an important part of the Product team, the candidate would ensure process and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines governing the businessand compliance procedures.Key Responsibilities:Ensure Implementation and adherence of all compliance related items and help in external and internal auditsResponsible for strengthening systems, control and Processes for robust internal and external complianceLiaison with different departments and make sure all RBI related circulars are strictly adhered toGood understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud ManagementResponsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU TeamsDetermine impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / ProductsServe as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and processesBuild synergies and efficiencies by way of customer centric processesInteract and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and businessfunctions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelinesDraft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; Act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processesIdentify duplicate, redundant and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front line staffEnsure Processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelinesEducation and Work Experience RequirementsEducation - Preferable MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 collegeWork Experience - Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage
