PeopleSoft with 7years extensive experience.
Experience in min 1 or 2endtoend Implementations /Upgrade & Support experience.Experience on PS 9.2 implementation is mandatory.
Shouldhave experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules of Global Payrollonsiteoffshore.
Must have strong experience and exposuretowards payroll implementation and its integration.
Should be able to configure Business rules for payroll modulesenhancement or new feature implementation. Experience on handlingmulti country related reporting.
Full understanding ofproject life cycle.
Must have endtoendImplementation/Upgrade experience in PS HCM 9.2(mandatory).
Ability to interact with Business technicaland functional staff at all levels.
Must be able todrive requirement gathering Fit/Gap and Design sessions withbusiness community.
Must be creative innovative and beable to work in a fastpaced environment with the ability toabstract detail into larger patterns familiarity with usercenteredanalysis and evaluationtechniques.
