Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power Platform Lead Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions with a strong emphasis on Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint. This role requires experience in Generative AI projects involving large document datasets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint).
  • Implement custom solutions utilizing Custom Co-pilot, Azure OpenAI, Open AI, and AI Builder.
  • Provide involving Generative AI, particularly those handling large volumes of documents.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and adhere to best practices.
  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and other external systems.
  • Ensure that you provide solution with the latest developments in Power Platform and AI technologies.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Custom Co-pilot, Azure OpenAI, Open AI, and AI Builder.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI projects, especially those involving extensive document handling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with Azure Storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Relevant certifications in Power Platform and Azure technologies.
