Job Title: Center Head – Preschool
Location: Woodnote Preschool, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall management and smooth functioning of the preschool center.
  • Ensure academic excellence by guiding and supporting teachers in curriculum implementation.
  • Monitor daily operations including admissions, parent interactions, events, and staff management.
  • Drive enrollment by coordinating with the admissions team and maintaining positive parent relations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at the center.
  • Plan and conduct staff training programs to maintain teaching quality and professional growth.
  • Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and center performance reporting.
  • Build a positive and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education/Teaching/Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Center Head / Preschool Coordinator / Academic Head.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and handle parent relations professionally.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and child development.

Note: Transportation will not be provided; candidates need to arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
