About the RoleOur client is seeking a Supervisor – Integrations Developer to lead a high-performing integration team responsible for designing, developing, and managing application and B2 B integrations across a global IT landscape. This role combines technical leadership with strategic execution, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized integration performance across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Integration Developers across multiple projects.- Design, develop, and implement A2 A and B2 B (EDI) integrations using Dell Boomi.- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Application Owners to define and deliver integration solutions.- Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, development, and deployment.- Oversee code reviews, documentation, and production support activities.- Continuously optimize and enhance integration performance and reliability.Desired Profile :Must-have Technical Skills:- Dell Boomi – Advanced hands-on experience in design and development.- Integration Patterns – REST/SOAP APIs, ODATA, messaging queues, file-based integrations.- Programming/Scripting – Java, Java Script, or Groovy (for custom Boomi scripting).- EDI/B2 B Integrations – Strong understanding of EDI standards and transactions.- SAP Integrations – Experience with IDocs and Success Factors integration.- Protocols – AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, FTP/S, File I/O.- Data Formats – XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD.- Database & SQL – Good knowledge of relational databases and queries.- Agile/Kanban – Experience delivering projects in Agile environments.Good to Have:Salesforce Integration | Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) | CI/CD | Git | Docker/KubernetesQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.- 10+ years in the IT space into integrations must be hands-on.- 8+ years of experience in integrations with 3+ years on Dell Boomi.- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity managing integration teams.
