Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual / E-Commerce)Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 6+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in e-commerce/manual testing)Employment Type: Full TimeJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong expertise in e-commerce testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of STLC, test case design, test execution, and hands-on experience with testing tools, defect tracking, and Agile delivery environments.Must Have Skills- Bachelor’s degree in BE / B. Tech / MCA / Computer Science or equivalent.- 5+ years of manual testing experience, including 3+ years in e-commerce or web application testing.- Strong understanding of STLC, test planning, test case writing, execution, and reporting.- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools (Test Rail, Zephyr).- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, relational databases, and SQL for backend validation.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Preferred / Nice to Have- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST).- Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).- Experience with performance, usability, cross-browser, or mobile testing.- Understanding of e-commerce workflows:- product catalog, search, filtering, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, returns.- Exposure to CI/CD, Dev Ops pipelines, or integration of tests.- Awareness of security testing or accessibility testing.
