Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to all stages of analytics delivery- data preparation, analytics development: from problem identification, conceptualization, prioritization to solution development and delivery.Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHands on with data analyses using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel. Use hypothesis driven approach and apply statistical methodologies to validate your findingsPrioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAssists in hiring, provide ongoing training and development opportunities, and foster a collaborative team cultureSupport in solution design, filling out RFPs, analytics surveys, and mkt. researchContribute to strategic decisions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Develop consensus and gain buy-in for strategic prioritiesEducation, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement4-8 years of experience in data science and/or business analysis, business process and/or business requirements documentationBachelor’s/Master’s degree in an Engineering/Analytics/ Economics/ MBA or equivalent fields experienceSolution Design and Consultative skills: Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills; Proven superior analytical, creative, and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn the business aspects quickly, multitask and prioritize between projects.Ability to stitch data together, identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution.Experience with statistical concepts, basic AI algorithms, and insight generationGood written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills; engage in meaningful manner with variety of audience: business stakeholders, technology partners & practitioners, executive and senior management.P&C insurance industry knowledge about emerging AI trends, AI tools and technologiesPreferred:Familiarity of new age AI and ML techniques such as Gen AI, foundational models, large language models (LLMs) and applicationsPrior experience in P&C Insurance AnalyticsPrior experience in Analytics consulting and services
