Job Tittle: PHP Developer

Location: Pune/Chennai

As a PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the business logic and backend systems for products of our clients.

  • You will work closely with frontend developers & backend developers to design and develop functional, performant, and complete APIs.
  • You will also work on decrypting existing enterprise software systems and connecting applications to applicable data sources.
  • Additionally, you will write unit, integration, and performance tests, develop automation tools, and continuous integration pipelines for daily tasks.
  • Your work will be of high quality, well-documented, and efficient.
  • You will also challenge ideas and opinions to avoid errors and inefficient solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Full-Stack Delivery: Implement backend logic (PHP) and frontend flows ) end-to-end.
  • API Ownership: Define and optimize REST API contracts and ensure smooth integration with internal and external tools.
  • Quality & Uptime: Enforce clean code, testing coverage, and delivery standards across the team.
  • Extensive experience in PHP v 8.x, MySQL and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in development using PHP frameworks like Symfony, Slim, CodeIgniter, Laravel.
  • Development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/ReactJS, will be added plus.
  • Experience with public cloud infrastructure and technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Experience in building applications using tools like PHP Unit, Docker, Composer.
  • In-depth experience in GIT commands and skillful usage of GIT source control.
  • Well versed with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions)
  • Good understanding of design patterns and experience in implementing the same (Factory, Adapter).
  • Experience in developing with REST API, API Authorization & Micro services.
