Hiring for CAE Design Engineer

  • Experience: 5-8 years

  • CTC: Up to 13 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CAE simulations to analyze and optimize product designs

  • Conduct structural, durability, and NVH simulations using CAE tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh

  • Interpret and validate results to provide design recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights

  • Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports

  • Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

  • CAE Experience: 5-8 years of design experience in CAE software, specifically ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent

  • Automotive Industry Experience: Preferred experience in the automotive industry, especially in EV Powertrain CAE Simulation

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh, good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles
