Corporate Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be a driving force in our corporate sales efforts, exceeding revenue growth targets by acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts.- Utilize direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals to identify and develop new leads.- Showcase our corporate program and leverage networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events.- Skillfully negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans.- Co-manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.- Analyze corporate sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and take necessary actions to drive growth.- Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.

Requirements:

- Minimum Graduate degree or equivalent- At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline, hotel or travel management company.- Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.- Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.- Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.- Competency in MS Office programs.- Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.- Excellent command of English.- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
