We are currently seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Developer with expertise in Deluge scripting to join our talented team.
Job Description:
As a Zoho CRM Developer at 2070Health, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Zoho CRM platform. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in Deluge scripting to enhance and automate CRM processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications within the Zoho CRM platform using Deluge scripting.
2. Create and manage workflows, automation rules, and custom functions to streamline business processes.
3. Integrate Zoho CRM with other third-party applications and internal systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing technical solutions that meet client needs.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho CRM and associated integrations.
6. Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
7. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system's features.
8. Stay updated with the latest Zoho CRM features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve system performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer with a strong focus on Deluge scripting.
2. In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, features, and capabilities.
3. Proficient in creating and managing workflows, custom functions, and automation rules.
4. Experience with API integrations and working with third-party applications.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Zoho CRM certification is a plus.
2. Experience with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
