Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Pharmacy Assistant located on-site in Kochi. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for managing prescriptions, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, working in a pharmacy setting, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in handling prescriptions and working within a pharmacy environment
  • Proficient phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in pharmacy assistance is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to on-site working conditions
