Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand strategies. Edit and post-process video footage to create engaging content. Stay updated with video trends and techniques in social media marketing. Monitor video performance metrics and optimize content accordingly. Manage video projects from concept through to final delivery. Collaborate with designers, writers, and social media specialists to enhance video content. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile: Creative individual with a strong passion for video production. Excellent storytelling and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptable to fast-paced environments. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in video production or content creation. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of social media video trends and best prac tices. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile: Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements: Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire, mentor, and drive innovation within the team.
