Ad Ops Manager – SWYM.ai

Overview

SWYM.ai is at the forefront of innovation in programmatic advertising, empowering agencies andbrands to navigate the complex ecosystem of media buying with dynamic, intelligent curation tools.As we expand our operations, we are seeking an Ad Ops Manager to manage and optimizeprogrammatic media inventory, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure our clients achievetheir key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in DSPs, SSPs,and data-driven optimization strategies.The Ad Ops Manager will play a key role in managing deals with SSPs, managing directcampaigns, and supporting operational workflows to streamline campaign activation andperformance. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with hands-on experience inprogrammatic media, a strong communicator, and a self-starter ready to enhance SWYM.ai’soperational and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities● Deal Curation & Analysis:○ Report and analyze PMP deals across SSPs such as PubMatic, Xandr Curate, andOpenX.○ Manage inventory forecasts, and provide strategic input to maximize clientoutcomes.● Campaign Management & Optimization:○ Manage data feed coming from advertising campaigns across DSPs like The TradeDesk, DV360, and Xandr.○ Conduct QA, pacing checks, and troubleshoot delivery or technical issues to ensureseamless execution.○ Leverage SWYM’s proprietary data models to optimize campaigns for performanceand profitability.○ Able to provide optimisation insights that will lead to revenue growth○ Hit client goals - CPA, CTR, ROI, VTR etc.○ Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues alongside our technical accountmanagement team○ Developing engagement plans with agency traders (office hours, video calls,meetings) to ensure that you are present in moments when traders are making keydecisions● Reporting & Insights:○ Provide detailed campaign reporting and end-of-campaign performanceassessments (PCA).○ Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver actionable insights and optimizationsbased on data analysis.● Process Improvement & Collaboration:○ Develop and document best practices for campaign execution and optimization.○ Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to alignoperational workflows.○ Contribute to enhancing SWYM.ai’s ad operations workflow by suggesting andimplementing process improvements.

Requirements● Experience:○ 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns in DSPs(e.g., DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk) or SSPs.● Skills:○ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.○ Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets, summarize findings,and make data-driven recommendations.○ Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, and Salesforce.● Attributes:○ Goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.○ Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing top-tier client service.○ A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to troubleshooting andproblem-solving.
