The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into efficient, reusable Omnistudio components.Location: BangaloreExperience Required: 3-6 yearsWhat you’ll do:- Design, develop, and implement Omnistudio components including Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce and Omnistudio best practices.- Build responsive, high-performance UI experiences using Omnistudio for web and mobile use cases.- Configure and integrate Omnistudio solutions with Salesforce objects, Apex classes, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.- Optimize performance, reusability, and scalability of Omnistudio components.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Omnistudio implementations.- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.- Support deployments, releases, and post-production maintenance.Our Ideal Candidate:Must Have:- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with strong exposure to Omnistudio (Vlocity).- Proven experience working with Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors (Extract, Load, Transform), and Integration Procedures.- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and LWC integration with Omnistudio.- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and REST-based integrations.- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API-driven architectures.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good to have:- Salesforce Omnistudio / Vlocity certification.- Experience working on Saa S or enterprise-scale platforms.- Exposure to education, ERP, CRM, or workflow automation domains.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment tools.Why Join Us?- Work on high-impact, cutting-edge projects that shape early-stage startups.- Be part of a fast-paced, innovation-driven team.- Grow with career advancement opportunities and continuous learning.- Work in an environment that blends corporate structure with startup agility.
