Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Cloud & Middleware Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing multi-cloud infrastructures and middleware solutions. The role involves leading cloud adoption strategies, optimizing cloud architectures, and integrating middleware solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Design & Implementation:
  • Lead the design and development of multi-cloud architecture solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Architect, deploy, and manage middleware solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud-based infrastructure and applications that align with business objectives.
  • Middleware Management:
  • Oversee the integration of middleware solutions (e.g., API gateways, messaging queues, enterprise service buses) to ensure seamless communication between applications and services.
  • Manage the deployment and scaling of middleware technologies across cloud environments.
  • Implement robust security, monitoring, and fault-tolerance strategies within middleware solutions.
  • Cloud Strategy & Governance:
  • Develop and drive cloud strategies, migration plans, and governance models for hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems.
  • Provide technical leadership on best practices for cloud deployment, cloud security, and cloud cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Lead a team of cloud and middleware engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and direction to drive successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including enterprise architects, IT leaders, and business partners, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and middleware solutions to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and modernize existing cloud architectures and middleware technologies.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in cloud computing and middleware technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat Middleware, etc.).
  • Expertise in designing and managing multi-cloud environments with a focus on architecture, integration, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with middleware technologies such as API management, enterprise service buses (ESB), microservices architecture, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native application development, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
  • In-depth understanding of cloud security, monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Certifications in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). – GCP is must & other cloud are good to have.
  • Experience with cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and big data processing in cloud environments.
  • Experience in managing hybrid cloud deployments and integration with on-premises systems.
