About the Role

We are looking for a young, dynamic graduate from Jalandhar city to join our team as an Admission Counsellor. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and computer skills, with a passion for guiding students and handling clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and counsel students regarding admission processes and opportunities.
  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information with professionalism.
  • Manage student data and maintain proper documentation in computer systems.
  • Draft letters, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure smooth client interaction in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
  • Organize and maintain digital folders and records systematically.

Requirements

  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • Computer proficiency is a must, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows operations, and data management.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle clients confidently and deal with queries effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
