Position: Influencer Marketing Designation: Senior Executive
Experience- 2-5 Years
Location- Shivajinagar, Pune
About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a strategic and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to strategize and oversee all influencer activities including but not limited to Imagicaa,Khopoli, Wet'nJoy, Lonavala - a leading entertainment park brands under the umbrella of ImagicaaWorld Entertainment Limited by Malpani Group . You’ll be responsible for creating and managing influencer campaigns that resonate with our audience, build brand loyalty, and deliver measurable results. As a key part of the marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with content creators, social media teams, and analytics experts to ensure every partnership is a win-win.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
·Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
·Identify key platforms, trends, and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
·Research, vet, and on-board influencers who align with the brand’s values, tone, and audience.
·Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
Campaign Execution
· Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
· Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
· Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs like engagement, reach, ROI, and conversions.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration
· Work closely with the social media, content, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
What we’re looking for Experience:
· 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships (preferably in a fast-paced or digital-first environment).
· Proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
Skills:
· Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
· Proficiency in influencer management tools and social media analytics platforms.
· Creative thinking with a deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and brand storytelling.
