Job Summary :

  • Must design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions, enhancing collaboration and streamlining business processes within our organization, and Custom application; handle SAML management for internal users using OKTA.
  • The candidate will be responsible for creating custom web parts, workflows, and applications, integrating SharePoint with other systems, and ensuring security and governance compliance.
  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience in SharePoint development, strong knowledge of SharePoint technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Key responsibilities :

  • Creating and customizing SharePoint solutions to meet specific business requirements. This may include developing custom web parts, workflows, and applications, as well as configuring and extending SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content types.
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving issues and providing support to end-users. They must troubleshoot problems related to SharePoint functionality, permissions, and integrations, ensuring that the platform operates smoothly and efficiently for all users.
  • Responsible for monitoring Custom applications.
  • Responsible for configuring and managing SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) settings for various applications and services within the organization. This involves creating and maintaining SAML identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs), ensuring proper integration between them, and managing metadata for SAML-based authentication.
  • Handles user access and identity management tasks related to SAML-based SSO. This includes onboarding new users, granting or revoking access to specific applications or services, troubleshooting access-related issues, and ensuring that user identities are accurately synchronized and mapped between the identity provider and service providers to facilitate seamless and secure authentication.
