Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3+ years of previous experience as an Estimator.
• Cabinet making or Cabinet estimating, or similar custom manufacturing environment experience will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and drawing
• Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and analyzing spreadsheets.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift) is a plus.
• Openness to learning and adapting to new systems, procedures, and technologies.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time
