Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of Structural Analysis, Strength of Materials, Steel Structures, and related engineering principles, codes, and standards (IS, Euro, Australian, TIA-222G/H).
  • Proficient in designing mobile sites (3G, 4G, 5G); must read and interpret structural and building drawings.
  • Develop efficient solutions within budget, timeline, and project constraints.
  • Lead and support teams with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet tight deadlines and work extended or flexible hours/shifts as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Software: MS Tower, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, (Space Gas, TEDDS, CheckPole preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, adapt to fast-paced environments, and deliver under pressure.
