Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for multiple group companies.
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow, accounts, taxation, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Implement strong financial controls, audit systems, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Work closely with management to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategies for business growth.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Mentor and guide finance team members across different subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in handling group-level or multi-entity financial management.
  • Professional qualification such as MCom / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial controlling, taxation, audits, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in consolidation of accounts across multiple companies.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Female candidates with extensive experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
