Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of developing and executing successful online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and knowledgeable about the latest digital marketing trends. You will work closely with our marketing team to elevate our digital footprint and increase brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
Analyze performance metrics and use data insights to drive continuous improvement in digital strategies.
Manage content creation and scheduling for social media channels to engage and grow the audience.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
Monitor and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry changes and digital marketing best practices.
Lead email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, content creation, and paid advertising.
Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices and techniques.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mautic, ActiveCampaign).
Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
