Overview: The LeadTechnical Business Analyst in Financial Services plays a crucialrole in bridging the gap between business and technology. They areresponsible for understanding business processes identifying areasfor improvement and translating business requirements intotechnical solutions within the financial servicesdomain.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage ateam of technical business analysts in the financial servicessector.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of financialsystems processes and data to identify opportunities foroptimization and enhancement.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather document and prioritize businessrequirements for technology projects.
  • Utilizeadvanced data analytics to provide insights and recommendations forbusiness decisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintaindetailed documentation of business and technical requirementsprocess flows and user stories.
  • Act as aprimary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teamsensuring clear communication and understanding of projectobjectives.
  • Participate in the full projectlifecycle from planning and design to implementation andpostimplementation support.
  • Oversee testing andquality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet business needsand regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidanceand mentorship to junior team members to foster skill developmentand knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated onindustry and technology trends to recommend innovative solutionsand best practices.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inFinance Business Administration Computer Science or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in a technicalbusiness analysis role within the financial servicesindustry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financialdata analysis modeling and reporting.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial products services and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Proficiency in project managementmethodologies and tools.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team ofbusiness analysts in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Indepth knowledge of softwaredevelopment lifecycle and agilemethodologies.
  • Certifications such as CBAP orPMIPBA are a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving andcritical thinkingabilities.
