We are looking for a SDE2-Backend Engineer with 4+ years of work experience. We're a venture-backed product company. About Inflection Andressen Horowitz (a16z) once stated that product-led growth (PLG) is one of the trends they’re most excited about because it’s such an efficient distribution channel that aligns incentives between a company and its customers. From MURAL to Figma to Stripe, all the largest, fastest growing B2B companies all have a product-led growth (PLG) model. However, B2B marketing technology wasn't built with PLG in mind.

Responsibilities & Duties: Development and testing of key platform features for a startup focusing on the marketing technology space. Work with a team of engineers and deliver features and functions as outlined by your engineering manager. Develop using test driven development for all your work. Focus on good design and justify your designs. Be a steward for security and privacy. Improve engineering processes and standards within the team Mandatory Qualifications & Skills: You have 4+ years work experience as part of a core engineering team at a product company Experience with processing, storing and analyzing very large amounts of data Deep understanding and experience working with Java (8 or above) or C#.
