Job Title : Senior Marketing Executive Real Estate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our real estate portfolio. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, focusing on property listings, market trends, and client acquisition.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including property launches, sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, identify industry trends, and determine effective targeting strategies for various real estate properties.
  • Brand Management: Manage and optimize company websites, property portals, and social media platforms to enhance user engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Client Communication: Maintain contact with clientele by sending newsletters and updates, ensuring high levels of client engagement and retention.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing materials support sales objectives and business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze digital metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Content Development: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, social media, property listings, brochures, and more.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee property launch events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Property Development/Real Estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.), social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinking to identify new opportunities and solve problems.
