About Vivriti Group Vivriti Group is a leading alternate debt provider to corporates, having deployed over $5bn of capital since its inception in 2017.The group operates through two firms: Vivriti Capital Limited : An NBFC, rated A+ by CRISIL, ICRA and CARE, with assets of over INR 10,000 crores, primarily providing working capital, supply chain and short tenor debt solutions to mid-corporates. Alternate investment funds (AIFs) managed by VAM have invested over $1bn since inception. Title: Investment Analyst Location:Mumbai Experience:4–7 years Role Overview VAM offers its investee clients with structured solutions to their business needs pertaining to growth (e.g. acquisition, mezzanine, last mile capex), consolidation (refinancing, shareholding changes, liability management), turnarounds (special situations, hybrid solutions) and more. These are bilaterally designed solutions, arrived at with careful assessment of the business / group in question, its operating environment, transaction structure and risks therein. Consequently, the role of anInvestment Analystat VAM entails critical evaluation of investment opportunities, second order analysis, financial modelling, associated research and thesis building, and post-transaction asset management.Qualifications & Skills Education:CA / CFA (preferred), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification. Experience:4–7 years in credit analysis or investment research, at asset management firms or banks. Proficiency inExcel, financial modelling, and analytical tools .
