General Manager (GM) – Goa

Location: Assagao / Morjim, Goa

Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
General Manager
to oversee our hospitality operations in Goa, including café, restaurant, and hotel divisions. The GM will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experience, financial performance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the café, restaurant, and hotel property.
  • Maintain service standards, hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with department heads (F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, front office, bar, HR).

People & Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
  • Drive team performance, motivation, and discipline.
  • Create a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture.

Financial & P&L Responsibility

  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and cost control targets.
  • Prepare and monitor P&L, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and sales.

Guest Experience & Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent high-quality guest service.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Uphold brand identity and ensure memorable experiences for all guests.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Work with marketing team to boost footfall, events, and promotions.
  • Build relationships with local partners, influencers, and vendors.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure legal, statutory, and local compliance.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, inventory, and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    General Manager / Hotel Manager / Operations Head
    in hospitality (hotel, café, or restaurant group).
  • Strong knowledge of F&B, guest relations, and property management.
  • Financial acumen with P&L handling experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Goa market exposure preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends / hospitality hours.
