Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller at GSBG PROPERTIES LLP located in Panvel. As a Caller, your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. You will also handle incoming calls and provide information about our Project and products. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently pitch and promote products and services
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships

Organization and Time Management Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Computer and Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and call center systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with online communication tools (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing)

Additional Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
