Role Overview

We are seeking a
US IT Recruiter
 with a minimum of
2 years of experience
 in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess
excellent communication skills
, a strong ability to
understand client requirements
, and hands-on experience with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various US-based IT positions.
  • Effectively understand and interpret technical job requirements from clients.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree (Bachelors +3 or +4).
  • Experience:
     Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in
    sourcing and recruiting for US IT roles
    .
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to
    comprehend and analyze technical job descriptions
    .
  • Proficiency in using
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    .
  • Strong understanding of the US IT job market and different technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
