Joining Time immediate to 15 days Job Description:We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.Key Responsibilities:-

Design and Development:o Create and implement innovative and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.o Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.o Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.-

User Research and Testing:o Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.o Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve the design and functionality of the product.o Analyse and interpret data to understand user behaviour and recommend design improvements.-

Collaboration and Communication:o Must Have : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.o Must Have : Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and ensure their implementation is as intended.o Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.-

Quality Assurance:o Ensure designs are consistent across various devices and platforms.o Maintain and follow design standards and guidelines.o Conduct regular design reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to the project requirements.Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.-

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Preferably experience in both (Mobile and web application)-

Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.-

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.-

Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Angular, IONIC or .Net is a plus.-

Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio.-

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-

Good understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.-

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.-
