Job Title:IT Support Executive Location:Noida Department:IT & Infrastructure Reports To:Head of Operations Apply here : Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilledIT Support Executiveto enabe IT support operations, asset management, and information security while driving the development and maintenance of ourSharePoint-based intranet . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, secure data management, and effective internal communication through SharePoint, aligning with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Operations: Manage the IT support to providetimely and effective technical assistanceto employees. Develop and enforceIT policies, procedures, and best practicesto improve system uptime and efficiency. Overseeincident management, troubleshooting, and resolutionof hardware, software, and network issues. MaintainIT service management (ITSM) tools/Dashbordsand ensure SLA compliance for internal users. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT requirements and implement solutions. IT Asset Management: Establish and maintain anIT asset inventory system , tracking the lifecycle of hardware and software. Ensure compliance withsoftware licensing and procurement policies . Optimize asset utilization and managevendor relationshipsfor IT purchases and services. Plan forIT infrastructure upgradesand replacements to minimize disruptions. Information Security & Compliance: Implement and overseecybersecurity measures , ensuring protection against threats and vulnerabilities. Develop and enforcedata protection and access control policiesin line with regulatory compliance. Conduct periodicsecurity audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing . Educate employees onIT security awarenessand best practices. SharePoint Intranet Development & Management: Lead the development and enhancement of the company'sSharePoint intranetto streamline internal communication and collaboration. Work with HR, Operations, and other departments to customizeSharePoint workflows, document management systems, and portals . Ensure the intranet is user-friendly, updated regularly, and serves as acentral knowledge repository . Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications forseamless digital workplace experience . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field . 2+ yearsof experience in IT support, asset management, and information security. Strong knowledge ofIT infrastructure, networks, and cloud-based systems . Hands-on experience withSharePoint development and administration . Familiarity withITIL frameworks, cybersecurity principles, and compliance standards(ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). Strongproblem-solving, communication, and leadershipskills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification(Preferred) Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator(Preferred) CompTIA Security+ / CISSP(Preferred) Why Join Us?
