Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR)
Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This role is crucial in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring our organization remains competitive in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across our multi-location retail operations.
Key Responsibility:
1. Design and implement an HR roadmap to align with the organization’s long-term business strategy and drive growth.
2. Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce requirements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and business objectives.
3. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on HR-related matters to enhance decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
4. Oversee large-scale recruitment initiatives to attract top talent for retail outlets, regional offices, and corporate roles.
5. Enhance the employer brand through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline.
6. Develop a seamless onboarding framework to ensure smooth integration of new hires and enhance employee experience.
7. Drive a culture of excellence and customer-centricity to promote values of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels.
8. Establish a structured L&D framework to enhance skills and foster continuous employee development.
9. Manage HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and optimize operational efficiency.
10. Establish a transparent performance management system to drive a culture of continuous feedback and career progression.
11. Design competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent and align rewards with contributions.
12. Implement strategies to manage diverse teams across various locations, leveraging technology for centralized workforce planning.
Head Count: 1
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR strategies in large-format or omnichannel retail businesses, HR technology platforms, and process automation.
Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with expertise in HR analytics and retail workforce optimization.
Attitude: Strategic, innovative, and results-driven, with a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications: 12–15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-location retail operations.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
