Job Title: Senior Backend Developer – Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS (CTH – 1 Year) Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site) Experience Required: 5+ Years (Mandatory) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (1 Year) with potential FTE conversion | FTE Role Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2 F) or Virtual (based on availability) About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Backend Developer with 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS , and Kafka . This is a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) opportunity for 1 year, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. Ideal candidates must be immediately available or able to join within a short notice period.
