We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies that enhance our clients' online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.


 Day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the client's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams to inform future strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and promotions, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve clients' social media presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, content creators, and clients to ensure cohesive and effective social media strategies.



Other requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand messages.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
