Purpose of the Position: Creating brand awareness for theclient/company& generating sales qualified leads for theclient to ensure a healthy salespipeline.

JobDescription:

MajorResponsibilities:

  • Initiatecold outreach to contacts through email LinkedIn and telemarketingto introduce the organization and its services and the value it canprovide to their businesses.
  • Identify the needfor our services and if found valid make an appointment with theSales Manager to discuss the requirement and close thedeal.
  • Identify IT consulting firms that may bea potential partner set an appointment with the Partnership Managerfor an introductory call to identify common interests and benefitsof the potential collaboration and officially handover the lead tothe Partnership Manager.
  • Building businessrelationships with our contacts and leads by providing companyupdates and relevant information in the cyber security domain andnurture them building trust and providing value through consistentonline presence.
  • Growing our database bycontinuously adding contacts on LinkedIn and Googleresearch.

Qualificationandexperience:

  • Graduationin the relevant subject &MBA Marketingpreferred.
  • Research orientation from a businessperspective.
  • 12 years of experience in LeadGeneration Sales or CustomerServices.
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English are aMUST.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skillsability to communicate effectively with external clients andinternal stakeholders. You must possess intense customerfocus.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Excellent organizationalinterpersonal skills and attention todetail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteor relatedsoftware.
  • Resolute

Criteriafor Performance Evaluation(Objectives)

  • Leadshave to have an identified need and requirement of the clientsservices.
  • Leads to have a specific timeline ofimplementation of 06 months from the date ofappointment.
  • The point of contact is identifiedas the decision maker or an influencer in implementing theproject.
  • Keen interest in having a discussionwith QRC about the potentialproject.
