A highly skilled full stack lead developer is required to design and implement secure, scalable, and high performance applications. The role involves development, and ensuring best practices in software design, security, and performance optimization. Expertise in Java full stack development, database management, cloud computing, and security principles is essential. A strong focus on hands-on coding, technical leadership, and mentoring is expected to drive innovation and maintain engineering excellence.

Impact You'll Make

  • Required skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Java full stack development, including spring boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and frontend frameworks such as Vue JS or React.

  • Strong expertise in database management, including query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in cloud platform (AWS / GCP) with experience in cloud native architectures, containerization (docker, kubernetes) and microservices.
  • knowledge of security best practices, including application security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments.
  • Good to have leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and drive engineering excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and performance optimization skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Develop scalable, high performance applications using java full stack.

  • Improve existing systems by identifying bottlenecks and enhancing performance, security and reliability.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies to drive innovation and system improvements.
  • Ensure security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and best practices.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Knowledge on AI/ML models and their integration into enterprise applications.
  • Ability to explore emerging technologies, assess feasibility and drive continuous improvements.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
