Position Summary:


Fold Health is seeking a seasoned Lead UX Designer to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping user experiences across our comprehensive healthcare technology platform. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-product UX challenges and the ability to deliver user-centered design solutions that enhance the effectiveness of our products in the value-based healthcare market.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and refinement of user experiences across multiple products within the Fold Health platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
  • Utilize a user-centered design methodology to ensure our products are engaging and highly functional.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Mentor junior designers and help in shaping design strategies and vision for the team.
  • Drive community engagement and user testing to gather feedback and refine user interfaces.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in UX design, particularly in a role involving multiple products.
  • Having experience working in US Healthcare is a must.
  • Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing solutions for complex systems across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and Framer.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to back up design decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
