Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Head based in Delhi/NCR. The Regional Head will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the startup ecosystem, maintaining strong client relationships, and structuring risk management and insurance solutions tailored to dynamic business needs. Responsibilities include leading a regional sales team, working closely with stakeholders to develop innovative strategies, and ensuring high service standards to meet client expectations. Qualifications Proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development within the STARTUP ECOSYSTEM is a MUST Leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms to drive business operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field Understanding of risk consulting and insurance solutions , particularly for emerging businesses is a an ADDED ADVANTAGE but NOT REQUIRED
