Job Profile :

As a Social Media Manager , you’ll be the voice of our brand on social platforms, crafting engaging content and managing collaborations with influencers who share our passion for holistic wellness. Your role will center around elevating brand awareness, building a loyal community, and driving engagement and growth. You will work closely with our founders and graphic designers to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Content Creation : Develop compelling, authentic, and educational content for social media that aligns with our brand's tone, values, and product offerings. This includes posts, stories, reels, and more.


  • Influencer Collaborations : Identify, onboard, and collaborate with relevant influencers in the wellness, Ayurveda, and health niches to build partnerships that enhance brand visibility and credibility.


  • Community Management : Engage with followers, respond to comments, and actively participate in discussions to foster a vibrant online community.


  • Social Media Strategy : Work with the team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that promotes engagement, drives traffic, and boosts conversions.


  • Analytics & Reporting : Track performance metrics across channels and campaigns, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement.


  • Trends and Best Practices : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, especially those relevant to wellness and D2C brands.


Requirements :

Experience : 2-4 years of experience managing social media for a D2C brand (preferably in wellness or Ayurvedic products) or with an influencer agency. Prior experience in the wellness industry is a strong plus.


Skills :

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
  • Ability to craft engaging, visually appealing, and authentic content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of branding.
