. We're a community-driven brand that blends global flavors with mindful eating. As we grow, we're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can amplify our story, engage with our audience, and help us build a loyal community both online and offline.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow Basil & Soy's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Curate, create, and publish content (reels, stories, posts, campaigns) that reflects our brand's voice, food culture, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations team to highlight menu launches, chef stories, behind-the-scenes experiences, and customer spotlights.
  • Manage the end-to-end social media calendar including festive campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor analytics and drive data-backed decisions for growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Respond to community interactions, feedback, and customer inquiries with empathy and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with food & lifestyle trends, ensuring Basil & Soy's presence stands out among Bangalore's dining scene.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social campaigns with restaurant events, collaborations, and offers.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in managing social media (F&B / lifestyle / hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong storytelling ability with creative content ideation skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools (basic reel editing a must).
  • Sharp eye for design, trends, and food photography aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with Instagram analytics, Meta Business Manager, and social listening tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi a plus).
  • Passionate about food, creativity, and building online communities.
