The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the front-end development efforts usingReact.jsand modern web technologies.Architect, design, and develop robust, reusable, and efficient components.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to define and implement high-quality user experiences.Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance product quality and team efficiency.Requirements:7+ years of professional experience infront-end development , with at least 4+ years focused onReact.js .Strong proficiency inJavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and related libraries .Deep understanding ofHTML5, CSS3 , and responsive web design principles.Hands-on experience integrating withRESTful APIsand handling asynchronous data flows.Expertise instate management (Redux, Redux Toolkit)and performance optimization techniques.Knowledge ofmodern authorization mechanismssuch asOAuth2 / JWT .Proficiency withversion control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab)andCI/CD workflows .Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience withTypeScriptandNext.js .Familiarity withfront-end build toolslikeWebpack, Babel, Vite , etc.Experience withunit and integration testing frameworks(Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).Understanding ofmicro-frontend architectureandcloud deployment (AWS/Azure) .Previous experience inleading or mentoring teamsin an Agile/Scrum environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Leadership opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and challenging projects.A collaborative culture that values creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.Flexible working hours and a supportive work-life balance.
