Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications to meet the identified business needs.

- Design and implement workflows, forms, and reports within ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.

- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance to ensure the stability and accuracy of ServiceNow solutions.

- Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules.

- Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

- Proficient in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and workflow design.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
