Lane, Near Ambedkar Hall, Four Bungalows, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400 053.Email: We are seeking a Construction Manager – Civil (Residential Projects) to lead two upcoming premium residential projects in Andheri (West), Mumbai.Job Title: Construction Manager – Civil Reporting To: Director (via Construction Management Consultant) Job Summary End-to-end responsible for execution, supervision, and delivery of two residential projects as per approved schedule, cost plan, and quality standards.Primary Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and timelinesCoordinate with architects, PMC, site engineers, contractors, and vendorsConduct and lead progress review meetingsInterpret drawings, specifications, contractsApprove contractor invoices post verificationMonitor schedule, costs, and site documentationLead quality checks and ensure compliance with safety protocolsRisk management and mitigation planningMaintain necessary project documentation and reportingSecondary Responsibilities Guide and mentor site staffAssist in regulatory approvals coordination where requiredEnsure compliance with project QA/QC proceduresIntroduce continuous improvement practicesSkills & Competencies Strong leadership & team management skillsKnowledge of civil & structural standards and allied MEP disciplinesStrong negotiation & problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD and MS OfficeExperience 12–15+ years of relevant experience in residential/commercial/industrial constructionMinimum 3–5 years in a Construction Manager / Project Manager roleEducation Full-time BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved instituteWork Conditions Ability to manage on-site operations, contractor teams, and deadlinesWork schedule: Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM); flexibility required based on site needsLocation Andheri (West) – Four Bungalows, MumbaiCompensation Competitive salary as per experience & qualificationAdditional benefits as per company policyHow to Apply Please send your resume and cover letter to , indicating relevant experience and project exposure.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
