Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Firozabad for a Supervisor at WorkHarbor Global. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring work processes are efficient, and maintaining safety standards. Additional duties include monitoring performance, providing guidance, training staff, and maintaining quality control. The Supervisor will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.
